What is the OSRS Fire Cape Service?
All players are created equal, but some are better than others. Some players are good while others just have more time. These things are very important in a game like OSRS as they can determine how powerful a character is. Gamers who aren’t so good, or who don’t have enough time, can buy Fire Cape service to help them strengthen their characters.
Essentially, the OSRS Fire Cape service involves a veteran power leveler to defeat Jad and earn the Fire Cape on their behalf.
Other Power Leveling Services
There’s lots of OSRS content, which means there’s a lot of different activities that power levelers provide services for. A good example is the Barbarian Assault minigame, which awards the in-demand Fighter Torso. Although it’s not as defensive as a Rune Platebody and interchangeable with the Bandos Chestplate, the Fighter Torso is too good to pass up.
Power levelers also offer quest services. Attempting to do the Recipe for Disaster quest line to obtain OSRS Barrows Gloves is one popular service that is used.
What is Power Leveling?
Power leveling is when a player, normally someone skilled or experienced with the game in question, helps another player by advising them or completing tasks for them. Common tasks are things such as defeating bosses, obtaining rare items, or completing quests.
How Do You Get a Fire Cape?
To get a Fire Cape in OSRS, you will need to survive all of the waves of monsters in the TzHaar Fight Caves. On top of that, you’ll also have to defeat TzTok-Jad once the wave ends. This isn’t an easy feat, as the TzHaar Fight Cave is considered to be one of the hardest mini-games in OSRS. You need to have not only effective equipment and weapons to fend for yourself, but also high-level combat skills to back it up. The strategy that most players employ upon entering the TzHaar Fight Cave is the use Ranged attacks as opposed to Melee. Doing this gives you the largest chance to succeed since you’re able to trap monsters and peel off their HP from a distance.
Undertaking the TzHaar Fight Cave also takes some time to complete—about two hours, more or less. So be sure to equip yourself with a lot of potions, the right weapon for the job, and to check your stats to determine whether or not you’re ready before marching right in.
Can You Lose Your Fire Cape?
Unfortunately, there is a possibility that you can lose your fire cape when your character dies if you die beyond level 20 of the wilderness. However, normally the cape will remain in your inventory when you die. If you are defeated in a PvP scenario, the cape will be in your inventory upon spawn but will be broken. You will have to pay 50,000gp by using it on Perdu, the travelling dwarven merchant, to repair it. He can be found at Lumbridge, Catherby, Edgeville, and Falador.
Although you won’t lose your cape by using it to enter the center of the city Mor Ul Reek, the cape will be consumed as a fee if you use it to enter the Inferno. If you do lose your fire cape, the only way to get another one is to complete the mini-game once more in the Tzhaar Fight Cave.
How Many People Have the Fire Cape In OSRS?
Currently, there is no public record that tells just how many people have the Fire Cape in their inventory. Although it can be easily gauged since the Fire Cape is pretty easy to get, for most players that have max combat. The Fire Cape is far more common than you think.
